Savoury Rolls

INGREDIENTS

Rolls Dough

6 tablespoon softenened Butter or Marg
5g instant yeast _ mixed_ with 1/4 cup
Warm water and 2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
1 cup milk & water mixed together to form soft dough.

METHOD

Cover and leave for ½ hour to rise …. 

Prepare Filling of choice Steak / chicken or samoosa mince/ sausages or viannas …..
Roll dough , cut into triangular shape , roll up into mini savoury rolls …. Brush with beaten egg ᴬᴺᴰ Bake @180 •c until done ….
