Responsibility
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : اللهم من ولي من أمر أمتي شيئا فشق عليهم فاشقق عليه ومن ولي
من أمر أمتي شيئا فرفق بهم فارفق بهم

Rasulullah (SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam) made the following du’aa – Oh Allah! Whoever from amongst my Ummat was given some form of leadership / responsibility and he was stern / difficult upon the people, then You be difficult with him, and who was given some form of leadership / responsibility and he was soft / kind to the people, then You be kind with him. (Muslim)
