250g butter – 3 tblsp water – 1 cup chopped almonds – 1 ½ cups sugar – 1 ½ tblsp liquid glucose – milky bar or plain chocolate.
Mix all ingredients together and boil until caramelised. Pour onto baking tray, or smooth out on a marble slab with a marble rolling pin. When cold spread with milky bar or plain chocolate. Allow to set. Cut or break into desired shapes.
