Lamb Steak

2 teaspoon Peri Peri Chicken masala
1 tablespoon Chicken Seasoning
1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper
2 ½ tablespoon Peri Peri Sauce
2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
2 tablespoon Tandoori Paste
1 tablespoon lila Marja
1 tablespoon Tandoori Masala
1 tablespoon lahan
3 tablespoon yoghurt
Olive Oil  

Method –
1) Put all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
2) Add the steak inside the masala and mix well
3) Leave it to marinate for a little while
4) Put in a tray and then put in the oven to cook slowly for about 1 ½ hours approximately
5) Once cook put in a plate and cut out fresh coriander and sprinkle on top
6) Cut fresh lemon slice, lettuce and cucumber and put around the steak
