Allamah Anwar Shah Kashmiri Rahimahullah

Allamah Shabbir Ahmad Uthmani Rahimahullah once said-

” If any Egyptian or Syrian has to ask me if I have seen Hafiz ibnu Hajar , Shaikh Taqiud Din or Shaik ‘izzud din, I would reply in the affirmitive because I have seen ‘Allaamah Anwar shah Kashmiri Rahmatullah ‘Alaih, only the era is different.

Had Allamah Kashmiri been alive in the sixth or seventh century , his virtues and feats would have glorified the pages of history.

I feel as if hafiz ibnu hajar, shaikh taqiud-din and shayk Izzudin have passed away today.”
