Fried Savoury Chops


1kg Lamb chops – 1tblsp red ginger masala – 1/4 cup lemon juice – 1tsp ground Dhania – 1tsp Salt – 1 tsp ground Jeeroo – 1/2 tsp fine black pepper – 1/4 tap arad – 1/4 cup water.

1 cup self raising flour – 1 small onion grated ) Processed – 1 small tomato grated) – 1 Egg – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tblsp tal (sesame seeds) – 1/2 tsp fine red chillies – 2 tblsps freshly chopped greens – Water as required.  

* Combine all the ingredients together in a pot and cook over medium heat adding more water if necessary until chops are tender. Allow to cool.
* Mix all the ingredients for the batter together in a bowl and mix well, adding just enough water to form a batter of medium consistency.
* Dip the chops in the batter and shallow fry in a non stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
