How often to take meat?
You have 7 (seven) days in a week, 5 days are for vegetables, a day for lentils (with shell) & a day for animal proteins; either meat, chicken or Fish. Over-consumption of animal proteins creates acidity, ulcers, High Cholesterol, Blood pressure, ACNE, Eczema, acidic sweat & the worst is that the kidneys are damaged.
Furthermore, those who take animal proteins daily will have Urinary tract infections + Erectile Dysfunction. Eating animal proteins daily also makes the heart brittle, decreases the ability of self-control, causes aggressive behavior, & such a person get angry so quickly.
Just ignore the body-builders who are destroying their own future, weight lifting has terrible side effects, it is useless. I have often seen them wearing a half sleeves OR even a sleeveless T-shirt (for exposing the arms), it is the indication that body-building induces proudness & Takabbur.
For Insomnia, Hijamah as 5 points on the head is so helpful, Henna Khazaab & massaging the head regularly with the blessed Olive Oil are necessary as well. Digestion should be fixed, dinner should be taken as early as possible, mental stress should be removed by Allah’s Zikr, Tilawat-e-Quran, sleeping with Wadhoo & reciting all the Masnoon Azkaar before sleep, fumigate the room with Myrrh OR frankincense, Insomnia is so easy to defeat……
