500grm Chicken fillet cubed – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 tblsp ginger garlic masala – 2 cups spaghetti – ¼ cup cheese – grated – 1 tblsp jeero powder – 1 tsp ground green chillies – 4/5 medium potatoes – Butter (optional) – Salt to taste – Ghee.
Cook chicken fillet in ghee/butter. Add ginger, garlic, ground chillies, jeero powder and salt. Boil spaghetti broken into small pieces adrain and set aside. Boil potatoes mash and add some butter, salt and pepper. Mix spaghetti and chicken and lay in casserole dish. Pipe mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese and top with few blobs butter. Bake until golden brown.
